Show Notes

In this episode, I have a courage conversation with Eloise. Eloise spent her childhood hiding her voice. She was afraid of being found out and feeling less than. Now, part of her mission and impact is about advocating for women. To help them not only become aware of the voices they're listening to but she empowers them to stop hiding and use it.

She discusses her story including how she uses superhero moments to step into fear and be courageous as well as how life-changing one small act of courage can be. Enjoy!

Here's more about Eloise:
I am a gipsy and a misfit. I'm filled with curiosity and wonder. I love creating communities of creative, curious minds.

My mission in life is to help others find their courage so they can step out of the shadow of fear, self-doubt into the light of love, play, and joy.

I care passionately about developing strong levels of self-worth, understanding the destructive power of shame, finding your tribe, belonging and not fitting in, and of course, ice cream!

I coach, I mentor, I advise, I speak. I listen, I laugh, and I love to do cartwheels.

I have been coaching in one form or another for most of my life. I am new to inspirational speaking and love how impactful it is.  I have been doing cartwheels since I was about 6.

It's like I have no say in why I do what I do! I have always championed the underdog. Maybe because I am one and no one did it for me.  I am a fierce advocate for those who feel unseen or unheard.
